I purchased a van from Rudyard Lake Garage (RLG) in November and was instantly impressed with Brian. The whole process was excellent which was refreshing when compared to previous experiences elsewhere.In the last couple of months a few minor problems have arisen with the van but Brian couldn't have been more helpful. The service RLG have provided has been impeccable and I would not hesitate in recommending them.If you're on the lookout for a new vehicle give them a try - you won't be disappointed.

We purchased a lovely Range Rover Sport from Rudyard Lake Garage,met Brian at the showroom,lovely fella showed us all round the car and explained various functions of the model,after a test drive decided to purchase the car,when pick up day arrived the car was immaculately presented in and out,Since purchase we have covered over 1200 miles on a holiday around Scotland and commuting journeys and the car has been absolutely faultless and a pleasure to drive,Called in the service garage this morning to have a very minor issue resolved and was met by James who sorted everything and put our minds at ease,My only regret is not finding Rudyard Lake Garage and James & Brian years ago,excellent cars & service.

We brought a second hand truck from here and we can’t fault the service. James and all the lads have been fantastic and so skilled in their field. Really professional, fair and a genuinely brilliant business which we would highly recommend to everyone.

If you want a change in cars ask for James! He is amazing at finding the right car for your requirements and makes the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. Great service! I can not recommend Rudyard Lake Garage enough for finding the perfect car for my current circumstances and helping trade my car in without any hassles and were very fair!

Brian restored my faith that car dealers can be decent human beings. I now have a beautiful Freelander which I love. It was sold to me in immaculate condition. Thank you to the team for a great buying experience. Would fully recommend them.

I was very hesitant to trust another car dealer after a previous awful experience of being sold a broken car, however, since I first reached out to enquire about the car I was interested in, Brian made me feel so comfortable about this purchase by answering all my very many queries which made me confident enough to fly over from NI to purchase the car. He went out of his way to get us transport for the airport and did so many other things to provide very outstanding customer service. Not only that, after purchasing the car and discovering a very minor issue of a cracked vanity mirror, Brian responded immediately and got the issue fixed. I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone and am so incredibly happy with my new car. ☺️
