Stennack Laundrette Car Park

I'd arrived at 10:30 and by 10:45 the car park was full. I'd attempted to use the JustPark app (location id: 525316) but had no reception, so ended up using pay and display machine. Note that you have to enter your car registration which will be printed on the ticket and to be displayed in the vehicle.

Well located for the shops. Not a great number of spaces so can fill quickly. Entrance and getting into some spaces can be tight. About £6 for 3 hours, £9 for 5 hours. Just Park app or card machine to pay.

Great little carpark. Always find a space. Handy for quick visits to the shops.

DO NOT USE this cark park. Armtrac will fine you for any small reason they can find. We ran over our ticket by a few minutes and have had to pay £60 for that. No leeway when speaking on the phone, very unhelpful!

Paid £4.80 for two hours at 1:42pm on the Just Park app. At 3:37pm tried to extend the parking for one hour but the only option was to pay £8.60 - that's a rip off.

Waited to pay for a ticket because there was no signal to pay on my phone. I paid thought nothing of it, one week later £100 fine through my door. When queried it they said I took too long to pay. I was waiting 5 minutes. Total scam do not park there. Minus 10

We had a similar experience getting a fine. There is something wrong with these machines as I'd used the car park before and after the day of the fine. All the other payments showed on my bank statement apart from the one that they contested. They dropped the fine but not worth the risk.

Shame you can't leave no stars really or maybe a minus 1!!As per all the other messages, total scam, bought a ticket with coins & displayed it, never thought i'd have to keep it to challenge a fictitious claim from these scammers. don't park there it's a scam!!!

Do not use this car park . We paid £12.20 for 12hrs whilst on holiday . Scanned the QR code displayed by the machine & downloaded the just park app . Inputted a number to identify that car park . No problem & paid with Apple Pay. 2 weeks later received a letter with a £100 fine stating the reason is that we parked on private land . Don’t know how , when there’s pay & display machines , a price tariff on the wall & the app to download to also pay on . In the process of disputing the fine . But I have since read other reviews saying similar things . So be aware . There were actually sign posts directing us that car park for parking . You are unaware of any problem until fine comes through your letter box !
