Terrible home.... certian staff members have no people skills or care at all....

My mam has just come home thank goodness there is few things I would like to say about this so called home the lady in charge Julie hasn't got one care or respect and one of the nurses Linda hasn't either. When I visited I got treated like a piece of dirt on my shoe when you speak to people there is a way and a way not to speak to people it's called respect they have none ot that.

I have worked at garden Hill for 3 years, facing the most difficult times through covid, but still come to work every day with a smile on my face. All staff are supported by each other and management which creates a loving caring happy place to work and live in.

My Mam recently went to Garden Hill following a terminal cancer diagnosis. The support, care, kindness and compassion we received from all of the staff there was truly outstanding. My Mum was treated exceptionally by them throughout her stay and passed away with dignity. I truly believe we could not have gotten through the last 2 weeks without them and will always be grateful and in awe of the care not only her but the whole family received while in their care. They made a devastating time so much easier to cope with - Thank you

Unfortunately this company doesn't hire good people unless they have a vax. My little niece 30yr old forced to take vax as she cares for her son she is in hospital now. Shame on the lot of you who force this vax
