Great links course which provides a challenge to golfers of all abilities, especially when there's a breeze. Friendly clubhouse with good food and beer. Would definitely go back again.

Wonderful place to golf and even if you are not playing well the views down the solway and across to the lake District are just splendid. One of the best courses anywhere in Scotland and further afield.

A wonderful golf course to play. This one is representative of the beginnings of golf.The staff are delightful, and I shall definitely return for a round when we are next in Galloway.

Perfect weather conditions this morning no wind and mild for november. Course in perfect condition after this weeks rain. Greens in mint condition for winter golf. Will definitely be back

I played this on a ridiculously windy day and played poorly…. But after paying the hefty visitor’s full price of £75 I was fairly disappointed to find some of the greens either being cored or just been partially cored. Perhaps something the club should consider for visitors especially given the cost of a round here.
