I have been attending the women's swimming course with swimming instructor zaynab and I would love to thank her and all the female life guards and mangers for allowing such opportunity to occur. I ultimately enjoyed every bit of the swimming course and the female life guards annam, isra and zainab have been absolutely amazing at keeping us safe during our time. They been so lovely and professional at their job. Jasakallah khair to the manager Arsaalan for facilitating us and supporting at all times during the swimming course.Thank you Iman, Aisha, mustafa, Rob Dan, and rest of the staff for being here for us. I've been coming to this gym for around a year. The machines in the gym the are nice and clean and the members are friendly. The only downside is that at busy hours the gym gets crowded. Also the swimming pool is clean and quite large. Special thanks to a lifeguard called Awais, he really helped me improve my swimming even though he didn't have to. I asked him for some tips and he was very patient and helped me improve my swimming journey alot. Hope to see him having his own classes as a teacher. Would definitely join myself and encourage others to join too. Very nice place

The staff are really approachable and friendly. The gym really caters for its community with a whole range of female only classes and swim sessions. Prices are really reasonable for what is included. There is a car park nearby with free parking on side streets too.

The staff is very nice, always there to help you. However, the gym needs more benches and machines. In addition, it is difficult to find available places for swimming sessions. Hopefully they will open the one in Small Heath soon. Last thing... Why are some staff members walking in the swimming area with their shoes? It is not clean!

The staff here are amazing. Setting up my membership was made so easy and the staff were really friendly and welcoming. In particular, I've interacted with Saffa on multiple occasions and it's always been a pleasant experience. In my experience, in a lot of gyms, the customer service is terrible, so it was a breath of fresh air when I was met with great hospitality by Saffa.

I love the wide variety of classes they offer, especially since they cater towards women only gym, exercise sessions, and swimming pool sessions.They have been trying to improve the women gym side by adding more exercise machines, though its still sometimes too full. The bathrooms should be cleaner. Sometimes, they are disgusting, and you don't feel like taking a shower. This could easily be solved by having a cleaner come in twice, considering how much everyone is paying not much to ask for.Edit: spelling mistakes

Staff are really kind and they ensure that you are having a good time there. I would recommend this to anyone who are wanting to go swimming

I started coming to this gym 3 months ago. Knowing nobody and having very less strength. But now I have improved and gained a lot of a muscle.the staff and the people are very nice epically dDanial and Usman.
