I walked in after visiting several shops for a wedding suit. Immediately Nat saw me struggling to find something and was straight to the point identifying the perfect suit and all matching attire !! I was very pleased with the assistance provided and the trousers were shortened on the next day as I had left it late.

I Purchased a new suit from Hawes & Curtis back in April this year for a wedding. Unfortunately after just 3 wears the suit trousers, are coming apart at the seams on the side and have a hole in the back by the pocket. I have requested Hawes & Curtis replace the trousers or if this is not possible a refund/store credit for the value of the suit, As without the trousers the jacket/waistcoat are completely useless to me.I was extremely disappointed by the response to offer me a small discount on my next purchase, which seems to be just an attempt to push me to spend more money.I would recommend if you want a suit that lasts more than a couple of wears you shop elsewhere - Charles Tyrwhitt or T.M Lewin would be a better option.ORDER NUMBER: 2451906

I returned my order to get my shirts exchanged for a longer sleeve in the slim fit version which for some reason refunded my money because they couldn't make sense of the request how can your return team not understand what 15/35 means???I asked for my other 2 extra slim fit to be exchanged for a slim fit. This was not understood by the exchange team too. I spoke to the customer service 2 days prior to refund being given and was told they had the sizes in stock!

Suit arrived in a shocking state, clearly stuffed in. Mid range price suit which is a lower quality then Matalan. I’mShocked and so disappointed. Will avoid from now on.
