This company showed care towards my dog not many people actually care for your pooch just after money well not this company my dog actually left with a smile on his face he can not wait to go back his coat is looking amazing you truly cared for are pooch and thank you for that we will be back

I took my puppy to beauty and the beast for the first time, Kano (my pup) got the spa package, which included lots of treatments but what sold me was the Netflix and chill photo, Ellie was really good with Kano he loved her instantly, when we picked him up his coat was so soft and he smelt delicious, Ellie is such a lovely woman and takes pride in her work, I would 100% recommend, Kano loved his hour there and I have no worries about sending him there in the future for a groom

Recommended by previous groomers, Ellie and Liv were absolutely amazing with Kato, who was quite nervous and for his first time at a new establishment, he absolutely loved both of them! Such lovely professional and friendly ladies. Kato loved all the attention and fuss over him, he LOVED the treats! By the end he wanted to stay with the girls and not go home! Haha thank you to both, you've got a client for life!

First time using Beauty & the Beast & will definitely use again. Made my 3 fur babies feel so safe & relaxed & they were very happy when I picked them up, they really had a fantastic day & a wonderful pamper.No hesitation in recommending Ellie to absolutely anyone & the bonus for me is she was just around the corner.Give Beauty & the Beast a go you won’t be disappointed!

Dropped creed off for a lovely mud bath and grooming service he suffers with allergies and his skin and coat look amazing he was well and truly pampered and looks a million dollars we taken him to other places before but never had the treatment and luxury treatment hes had 5*

Such a great experience today, the owner went above and beyond to make sure my nervous dog felt comfortable with her. After a previously bad experience at another dog groomers I left feeling confident on returning here again. You can see that they truly care about the dogs needs.
