Brilliant service. I use TakeNote to get rapid transcripts of interviews we do as part of surveys for major policy evaluations and I usually pick the 48 hour service. Much quicker for me that taking copious notes in the interview and then trying to intperpret them. Highly recommended

Take Note are an extremely reliable, accurate and quick service. We use them on lots of different projects and the transcripts required are for varying numbers of speakers and accents and topics - some are needed in 24 hours - and the work provided by Take Note is always consistently done to a high standard and helps make our jobs much easier! A good and friendly service that we will continue to use!

I have used Take Note for a number of years and always found them to be excellent value, very responsive and totally reliable. Their online portal for loading and downloading files is complete secure and suitable for dealing with sensitive materials. When I use Take Note for my transcriptions I know I don't need to worry as they always do a great job. When a small problem did occur in the past it was dealt with immediately and completely to my satisfaction.

Our company have used Take Note over the years both for transcribing our AGM and also audio recordings. The service is always incredibly professional, efficient and, as is critical, reliable. The Scribes we have used for in person events have always turned up on time and been incredibly polite as well as respectful of the business dress code. The bookings team are always very helpful and have helped me on occasion well into the evening. All scripts have been delivered by the deadline if not before. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any business requiring these services.

I am undertaking a doctorate and I used Take Note for transcription of my interviews (8 in total - due to upload another 2 this week). The Take Note dashboard is very comprehensive compared to others that I have used, but most of all it is very user friendly and there is help on hand should you need it. The price is VERY reasonable - compared to other transcription services that I have used in the past. The quality of the manuscripts is excellent, and they are available for downloading in different formats. I have and will be using them again!I used Take Note again, for further interview transcriptions - again, they were efficient and provided an excellent service! And VERY reasonably priced too! I have recommended the service to a colleague who is also undertaking doctoral study - and she has also used the service! (and is very happy with Take Note!)

I spent several hours working on the application. When I got to the final step I took quite a while to prepare. I completed the last step: transcribing a piece of audio within an hour time limit. After pressing submit, I got an error message that my application couldn’t be submitted and I could email them for another try. There was no explanation as to what had happened to my transcription between pressing the submit button and it being lost to the universe. While technical issues happen, my application shouldn’t have been lost and with a company that deals in needing a seamless process to transcribe and submit quality work, it’s just unacceptable to have no accountability for either a broken system or broken process. Not to mention having no value for people’s time and efforts.

I have used Take Note's services for the past year or so and they have been absolutely brilliant. Very high quality transcripts delivered quickly at good value. In the very rare cases where there is a delay in delivery, they are proactive in managing expectations.We often interview senior stakeholders on fairly technical topics and they are always adept at transcribing some of the more complex jargon which is a great help.Final point to add is that the online portal is very intuitive and makes the whole process very straightforward.A fantastic service all round, would highly recommend!

This is my first time using Take Note and they truly impressed me! The quality of notes provided is very good. I have sent 10 recordings to them and although the turnaround time was 2 days, they have never been late but always delivered early. Take Note are a great company to work for, they are friendly and professional and you feel like you're part of the team even when you work remotely.
