Joined Debbie’s group 5 weeks ago. Found it a very comfortable place to relax and share my experiences and battles with food.Debbie has a beautiful way of celebrating with everyone in her group. She takes time to learn everyone’s names and their struggles and strengths with slimming world.I’ve managed to loose 11 1/2 Lb in five week with the help and support of Debbie and her wonderful slimming world group.Thank you.I’m definitely learning to eat healthier and still enjoy food and fitness.

Debbie is fun, gives all the encouragement you need both in group or 1-1 if you prefer. Fantastic group so supportive. If you are in doubt speak to Debbie and join. It's the best thing you can do for yourself. I took the leap of faith and I am so glad I did.
