VS GROUP LTD-Cleaning Service

I would like to give zero star as i had to pay for cleaning to my landlord even after getting the tenacity end cleaning service from them. Very disappointed with their service .

Viktor and his team came to complete an end-of-tenancy deep clean for us, including a clean of the carpets in high-traffic areas, and the difference put my own cleaning to shame! Incredibly grateful for the attention to detail made, and I felt confident returning the keys to the letting agency afterwards. Viktor was quick to respond to emails and kept me updated on the progress of my clean. It was also the most reasonable price I could find. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend VS Group for your cleaning requirements.

I have to say, I would give this more than 5 stars. I contacted a number of cleaning services, VS group was the only one that came back to me, on the day, about 10 minutes after my request, at 9.30pm. was not expecting and it made my life really easy. Viktor spoke on the phone with me to get (and give me) a clearer idea of the work that needed to be done, and the next day they were here. I am extremely pleased with the level of cleaning. I have 12 huge windows divided in tiny parts and they were not only amazing with the cleaning, but efficient. Also, really recommend for that hard limescale in the shower glass. Overall, I'm over the moon and will definitely be hiring again.

Viktor responded really quickly to my enquiry and was able to come out within a day. He is very professional and did a brilliant job of cleaning my oven, it’s good as new. Would definitely recommend.

Viktor did a deep clean of my mum's house in Southsea twice in the past three months while we were getting it ready to sell. Both times he was quick to respond and arranged to do the work with the minimum of fuss.The service included washing the windows inside and out, and cleaning the oven, saving the need to arrange for other specialist cleaners. The two cleaners were totally reliable, and I was happy to leave them with a key. Viktor phoned me once they’d finished to confirm it was done.

VS Group Ltd/ Viktor responded to all emails promptly and professionally. All conversation was over email except on the day when I was busy moving, out the house and preferred being contacted by phone.The carpet cleaning and end of tenancy cleaning was great and to a high standard. They were flexible (but notified by me in advance) as I asked for cleaning to be done in the morning but later I changed this to the afternoon.I am very pleased with this service and would recommend it.

Viktor arrived on time, got straight down to cleaning the double oven and shelves and finished after a really good and efficient clean. Totally professional and thorough. Would recommend for oven cleaning and would use again for other cleaning tasks if he is as thorough with all his cleaning tasks, which I’m sure he will be.
