Despite being my fault my car here the staff were as helpful.as they could be. Really like kind as I was a bit lost" and confused. But talked me through how to sort things and were very patient .. also used them for roadside recovery could not have been nicer stayed with me till low loader came and as I had not a clue explained everything to me. And not expensive"

Be prepared because I accompanied some body to collect there car and both times we had to wait more than 1 & 1/2 hours and that is also letting them know by phone prior to collecting.The only advice I can give you is bring a pack up lunch and flask and make sure you have no other appointments that day.

Terrible I had impact tools in my car when it went there all gone full set of impact sockets plus maketa nut runner and 5amp battery taken from my vehicle. They dini all nolage . But the police officer should have a recording as I said I was consurned I got reassured they would be safe. I new something was wrong at the start I got told vehicle was locked when got there vehicle was unlocked. My most expensive items missing.

Absolute nightmare!!After 4 hrs on dual carriageway,the police insisted they removed my car as they couldnt wait any longer ,and it was a hazzard where it had broken down.The operative did not know how to put my jaguar in neutral gear ...so just dragged it on to lorry!Even though i was about 4 miles from home they wouldnt take me there! They took me about the same distance to their yard at sixfields npton ,and after taking £150 they dumped my car at the side of the road...in a pile of glass!Even though i asked to pay extra to be delivered to my local garage!I was also let down by the Rac ,so after another 5 hrs i arranged my own recovery with a local company.I was told by CMG that they only do police work? ...my crime ..was breaking down in northampton...Totaly disgusted!!!!!

Just want to say a big thank you to the GMC team especially chunky,Jane,Steve and the rest of the guys that helped my dad. Hes car broke down and the next day we came to collect it from the garage , the wheel came off and we had to fix it before driving home. The help that we received couldn’t of been any better. Literally a life saver, My dad is disabled with no legs and he couldn’t of asked for any more help than he received also saying It was the best £270 He spent

CMG's driver Barbara was excellent and made sure our vehicle was recovered in a timely manner. She also successfully dropped it off in a driveway which was a bit of a squeeze to get into. A totally professional fantastic service, what a lovely lady! Thank-you.

Had to fetch my wife's bike as she had broken down, was in after my allocated time slot but was in and out quickly

Please pass on my thanks to the gent in a LGV breakdown truck who stopped last night 11th July to protect my daughter after she broke down on the Northampton Ring Road at Camp Hill. This was a really kind gesture that he did not need to do, especially when he was probably on his way home after a long day. It was very kind and much appreciated. Thank you

A CMG recovery vehicle was towing a vehicle up the a509 4th September. It was a lgv and must have been misloaded as it was scraping the road surface, a stone got thrown up and hit my windscreen , cost me £400 to get the windscreen replaced . I phoned too complain as I had my girlfriend and baby in the car. I never heard anything back. Terrible company and dangerous to all road users. Had an updated call advise that the vehicle could not have been scraping the road surface, it was just a random stone. The funny thing is I work on the M25 and deal with incidents and recovery of vehicles for national highways. The vehicle that was being towed was overloaded or the wrong vehicle had recovered it as the back of the lgv was scrapping the road. I wish I had a dash cam or had recorded it on my phone. But too believe that a director or a fleet manager has said it could have not possible , is just lies. As I have no evidence a lesson was learned , I hope this company does not deal with any major incidents on any network, as safety or responsibility doesn't seem to be a massive concern.
