The optician was brilliant during the test and explained everything really clearly but...They greedily book too many people in at once so even with an appointment expect a long wait. During the consultation an Optical Assistant was hanging around in the window, then just knocked and came in. The reason for the intrusion was that another customer was in a rush" so could he look at her file. He sent her out but

Staff very friendly. However no lift in store. Downstairs very busy which is probably why my mother's appointment was 25 minutes late!

Good friendly service, very nice staff.I honestly thought I wasn’t going to be able to fish any longer as my eyesight was terrible. I bought some glasses from Specsaver but they weren’t right for me so I went back and a very nice lady helped me with some varifocal lenses. The new lenses were more expensive but my life has changed! I can read small stuff again. I can fish again.

Short waiting times and really helpful staff. The optometrist explained all of the tests that he was doing and why, overall very friendly and professional.When I went over to pick out new frames, Sophie was brilliant! She made conversation and gave me lots of advice about different lens treatments and even considered my lifestyle and work. Very pleased with the service and my 2 new pairs of glasses.
