We took 4 families with us. Good space for kids to play. The kids enjoyed the cows the most.

Nice and quiet site. basics like shower toilet eslan point and electric hook up. Owner's are nice and friendly and not far from the pub and shops by car or foot.

Great little stop over, very quiet. It's just a basic site with ehu and toilet and shower ( 1 each for women and men) 1mile walk to the village of christlleton ( very pretty village with a couple of pubs) and the canal and 2 miles walk nto chester along the canal.

We stayed here for a chester races weekend. The weather was lovely which made the weekend. Its quite tight to get to the camping field. We were met on our way in by the owners. We were directed to an area to pitch. It was lovely. The views are amazing. The facilities are very dated but functional. The shower was lovely foe two nights. The boiler had to be reset on the third. We will definitely be revisiting.

Perfect for cycle touring. Super easy and friendly hosts. The site is excellent value, the facilities may be considered basic but they were spotlessly clean and charming. The site is peaceful and scenic and a lovely cycle ride from Chester.Best site I’ve stayed on in England

Great as always. Nice and quiet. Showers and toilets are a short walk, both clean.
