Photo-Me (passport photo booth)

Did exactly what it told me to but it printed photos with my chin clipped...

DO NOT USE!! We used this 4 times, for passport, driving licence(twice),and young scot card.All were rejected for various reasons from wrong background colour to poor lighting.We have mailed the company twice with no response.£36 wasted.

Asks for money first, no option of a refund. Started counting down before I was ready and only gives 3 chances. Looked like there was a mark on the screen and then the photo was rejected for being blurry despite being as clear and crisp a picture as I was likely going to get from this booth. Very unhappy and would not recommend.

It was for my friend to get her passport photo (lol..hee hee) does what it says on the box she got 4 passport size pics. And like most passport pics, they're hilarious...sorry pal but I've yet to meet anyone who loves their passport pic. Oh well it's only for ten years. Ha ha

They are supposed to be digital photos but can only used for UK Govt Passport and nowhere else! Waste of money!!!!!?

The place to get a passport photo

Took numerous attempts to get it to take the photographs I wanted. It didn't seem to be able to confirm what i asked for but got there eventually.

Take picture. Pay many monies. Receive picture you'll never use as you just want the code at the top to provide to the passport office.

Amended up. 3-star photo service, 5-star customer service.Took a passport photo with this, following the instructions. My photo was rejected by the UK Gov website and I had a deadline for business travel. I was pretty furious at the time, left a 1-star review here, and requested a refund.The lady at the call centre could not have been more helpful. She processed the refund, no questions asked, then advised that my jacket's high collar was probably the reason why the photo was rejected.It's a shame her advice isn't shown on the photo booth!Still, because she was so helpful I went back and shed the jacket. Photo worked, passport received, job done! No travel, though, because coronavirus". Stay safe..."
