Great service

Lack of comunication. Fairly minor repair took nearly 3 months. Not contacting me when they said they would on a number of occasions. .Telling me that the part they had been waiting for would arrive on a certain date. Not letting me know when it didn't. Not letting me know when it did. I emailed Customer Support at the main Nationwide Headquaters expressing my concerns . Am yet to receive a reply. Telling me that it would almost certainly be ready on a certain date and it wasn't and not letting me know until 4.50 pm.on the day. Then saying it would be ready in two days time. It was not. When the car was returned the convertable hood did not work which it did when they took it in. Have taken the car to my own garage as I do not trust them. Look at Trustpilot reviews - It sas it all !

There were very helpful, and give me the information required for the quote for work to be done.

Very nice staff, polite and friendly. Took all damage out of the vehicle.

Firstly i must say after reading the feedback on here and through trust pilot i am quite shocked i have over the years had quite a few car go through nationwide repairs without any reason to complain until now a small 4 inch scratch on the front bumper of my 8 month old seat Tarraco has turned into a bit of disappointment . However things in life do sometimes go wrong and you should always be polite and give them the opportunity to put things right my car goes back in on 3 Aug i await the results before passing final my final commentCollected my car today on the 6 Aug and all seems fine as expected friendly polite staff would i use again under similar circumstances of needing a repair YES

I have to say that i would not recommend this garage at all they have had 3 attempts to carry out an acceptable repair to my vehicle and it is still not a great repair. It was then decided to use another branch (harrogate) to rectify the issues but instead of this they have stated the repair is commercially acceptable even though the damage is still noticeable. Customer service is poor also, mainly the harrogate branch who refused to deliver the car back to my home after i finished work at 4pm, we had no option but to take time out of work to take delivery and after explaining we were both NHS key workers and taking time out at short notice is not viable, we were then told im sorry but that`s not our problem the car will just sit here until either myself or my wife can take delivery of the car that suits nationwide" ABSOLUTELY shocking on all levels so please be cautious"

Collected a total loss vehicle from here today 18th June. Rang in advance and vehicle was out ready with key in reception ready to go.Thank you very much. 1st class service
