Absolutely terrible have to chase my elderly fathers medication every month and whenever doctors send a prescription to them they leave it for days before dispensing they should have delivered life saving medication yesterday I have just called to be told they have ordered them but not arrived have a few spare ones they will send but if I hadn’t of called he would have been left probably all weekend again without and could quite easily have died this is getting ridiculous now I wouldn’t have given 1 star if it was allowed

Always calls to let me know prescription is there usually Joe who calls. Eddie delivers to my home address, the pharmacist is very helpful if there is any problems regarding my prescription

They are always happy to help been using Ks for the last 11 years and never had any problems. Always willing to deliver meds if needs be as well. People who are having a go because they forgot to order their meds promptly that's not on Ks it's on them.

These guys are always unbelievably good but also genuinely caring, they ask how you are as well as the patient. A really brilliant pharmacy and the chap behind the counter is fantastic as are the ladies.
