Amazing service the manager is extremely helpful caring and likewise the staff, they are all really kind to mom who is disabled. They have helped me with an emergency when my mom lost her hearing aids whilst in hospital . Brilliant team would highly recommend them

They sorted my grandads hearing aids out, no fuss, no trouble. They made him feel very at ease. All polite staff, especially the Male audiologist, outstanding service very happy

Good service from the ladies at the front. The optician was very accommodating. The one disappointment hence the 4 stars is that my little one needed the toilet and they said that one wasn't avaliable for him to use. So we were sent on a wild goose chase trying to find a toilet and I know that there has to be one available in the building somewhere. I think it is important for them to be more accommodating to smaller people who may need to use the toilet.

Awful experience, bought new varifocal glasses with coatings and insurance. Varifocals are bought under guise that you can change your mind and revert to separate reading and distance if they didn't suit you. Was told as I'd lost my varifocals. that I'd have to get like for like on the insurance and then as the time for changing my mind on this option would be out of time after I'd received the replacements, then basically I'd be left with varifocals instead of 2 individual pairs.. Not my fault it would take them that long to replace them and also in the knowledge that I actually wanted reading and distance instead anyways.. Very bad service on their part. So paid a lot of money for glasses I can't use...

Absolutely fantastic experience took me and my son to get our eyes tested today all that staff where so lovely and helpful. Absolute pleasure to deal with and we look very forward to many more visits. Absolutely fantastic.

I love it here as nothing is too much trouble and they still have local branch near me.After waiting fir a hearing appointment on the NHS for 12months then have boots cancel on me 10times over 10 weeks I was beginning to give and couldn't hear.Scrivens both firstly in City centre and then three tuns delivered, I had an appointment in Days and hearing aids within weeks and the aftercare is amazing, I can't recommend highly enough.

Have been attending Scrivens at Oxley for several years. Never had a negative experience. Staff are always friendly, helpful and received a very thorough eye examination.

Booked an eye test, received a missed call whilst I was at work, no message, no email when I arrive I was told my appointment had been cancelled and that they didn’t have a contact number for me (they did) or my messaging service wasn’t working (it is) that’s an hour out of my day wasted. Very poor they had ability to leave a message or email and didn’t. Did not waste my time rebooking.

Excellent service. Mandy & Freya were excellent. My first choice of glasses did not fit properly. They let me pick another pair at no extra cost. Would definitely recommend this branch .
