Had solar panels installed in June by Hafod Energy with battery back up, the batteries have not worked since installed. Hafod Energy was supposed to come out today to fix the problem they never turned up, the supplier of the batteries have said there is a problem with the installment and need the engineers to come out and phone them when here to fix the problem. Customer after care is hopeless by Hafod Energy and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Hafod Renewables are an excellent company to deal with. The gave me initial advice on which heat pump to install and surveyed my house to check on the best way to do so. They kept me informed of the installation date and how long it would be; they did as they said. The engineers were very good and tidied up after each day's work. Everything about the system was explained to me. Within two days of completion my RHI was set up by Hafod. I would recommend them highly.

My experience with Hafod has been excellent throughout. They have been able to design and install a highly effective Air Source Heat Pump solution for our property. Straight forward process, excellent installation team, great attention to small commissioning issues to ensure everything is working well. I would 100% recommend their services.

Smooth operation from start to finish; equipment worked perfectly from the outset and the firm kept to its schedule, indeed moved our job forward a week following a cancellation. Very happy with the service, and would recommend them without reservation.

We were given an 8 week lead time for installation. We are now in week 14 and have an unfinished installation. We have been stuck with vast amounts of scaffolding taking our natural light for nearly 4 weeks now. Electrician failed to finish the installation inside ten days ago and went off sick. Nearly a week on they sent someone to check the job who said he couldn’t finish it as equipment was missing. Last week we were promised someone today. Nobody first thing so they said late morning early afternoon. It is now 3.05pm. Nobody here, no response to an email. Meanwhile we continue to pay for electricity from the grid whilst being nearly £11,000 in advance payments down. You really couldn’t make it up.

We made an order with Hafod Renewables earlier in the Year for solar paneling!We eventually got an installation date for the 18-07-22. They came out on the date and panels were installed in matter of hours on that morning which I thought was impressive.It is now the 25th of August and to this day they have not returned to install wiring and connect to supply and have just simply left the the job unfinished.Total unacceptable and appalling service.Very unhappy with the way they’ve just left us waiting for weeks on end not knowing when the job will be finally done.

We've had panels installed by Hafod for over a year now. This has also included adjustment to the makeup of the solar array after first installation. The quotation and installation went really well and after-sales has been really responsive. Friendly staff. Recommended!

We had a very good consultation service from Hafod prior to installing the air heat pump, and had a date for the two-days installation work.On the day, a Hafod installation team (two men) arrived and installation was prompt; we had hot water and central heating at the end of the second day. However, there was one missing component which delayed the completion of the work for another week and was an unexpected inconvenience for us.However, we are happy with the professional way in which the Hafod team conducted the work and themselves and with the outcome. Now we have a fully functioning system with ample of hot water and comfortable home temperature.Hafod had also helped us with all the RHI documentation; I would certainly recommend them.

We found Hafod Renewable Energy who fitted our air source heating system to be an excellent company, very professional and they completed the installation within the time and price quoted and as described in their sales literature.Their technicians, who had an in depth knowledge of the system were impressive, conscientious and caring, always polite and very much considered our needs whilst they were working, keeping their disruption of the house services to a minimum and giving us plenty of notice when services would be disrupted.Their technical expertise was impressive and nothing was too much trouble for them especially when we asked questions about the system and how it worked.We would recommend Hafod Renewable Energy to anyone thinking of using them for any task in which they are involved and it was a pleasure to have their expert technicians in our house.
