Truly recommend. We went for our scan today and got to see baby for the first time. They were really great and helpful. 100% would go back for more scans

We had a great experience here. The team were lovely, the booking process was easy and allowed us to see our little baby early. We received all the photos and an amazing video to download. The sonographer was very thorough and explained everything. Would highly recommend!

Incredible experience in a very professional setting for first time parents to be.On first impression we were a little nervous (following an unprofessional experience at Windows to the Womb) as the entrance is a door between two buildings. You walk through a corridor, up one flight of stairs and into a very welcoming reception (left) and waiting room (right) with biscuits and a selection of hot drinks.Receptionist was friendly as was the female sonographer.The scan took place in a large, clean room on a comfy bed with a large tv on the wall infront so you could see eveything the sonographer was doing.Very professional and you get lots of scan photos detailing the different aspects of your growing uterus and baby.We explained our previous experience elsewhere and was advised that had we had our 5 week scan at Ultrasound Direct they would have redone a free reassurance scan for any uncertain early scans. This company clearly cares about mother and baby and I would highly recommend.Me and my partner will only use this company for future private scans.

Booked a pregnancy scan and paid in full via the online booking system. I then received a phone call from the clinic to say that someone was meant to close the online booking system but didn’t and that the clinic will be closed. Baring in mind my appointment I had booked was at 12.15 on a Saturday.I now have to wait up to 10 days for my £75 refund. Won’t be booking with them again

Absolutely amazing experience, from the moment we walked into the building there was nothing but smiles from the staff and the girls were lovely, the lady who did our scan was absolutely amazing sorry I didn’t catch your name, she took her time scanning me she took her time and made sure she was confident on the gender result.Highly recommended thank you again

After having a negative time with the NHS not knowing wether my baby was okay or not! This scan was absolutely amazing and I got sent away with some incredible pictures of my little boy. Daisy managed to move things around on the day so I was able to get the reassurance I need and Jess was an absolutely amazing sonographer! Thankyou so much ladies it really is appreciated ☺️

Our sonographer was lovely and although our appointment was a bit delayed (these things happen it was no one’s fault) when we did go in we didn’t feel rushed at all. We were fully informed about everything that came up on the scan and we really enjoyed the whole experience.
