I highly recommenced this company - My wife had an accident on Saturday in Shoreham outside the Amsterdam Inn - Westbourne motors came to our rescue. When i arrived on scene the driver had helped the police with my wife's car and had comforted my wife and was very supportive to me when i arrived. He helped as much as possible and was very professional. I didn't find out his name but he mentioned he was the responder to main RTA's for the company. Thank-you

Dreadful attitude on the front desk so get ready for that. They tried to charge me for two extra days of storage. When i contested that I was told I was wrong. They they quickly went back on their word and said I will be refunded. I then got a great eye roll from a completely fair request.Don’t allow them to charge you what they want.

Amazing service from Ryan from Westbourne this evening. I stupidly filled my diesel car with petrol. He worked quickly and efficiently to correct the problem. He was reassuring and able to lighten the situation. He went above and beyond to make sure I was able to drive home safely! Cant thank you enough. Would recommend to anyone (although I don't recommended putting petrol in a diesel car:))

How are people supposed to give good saervice when they are understaffed. Actually this company did good. Good manner and polite and friendly making that a rare commodity in their line if work where I usually get gruff disgruntled staff who obviously don't want to be there.

Richard was exceptional. Had an emergency and needed my car moving immediately. As soon as he was able to he picked it up and gave diagnosis of the issue. Would certainly recommend him and his team.

Driving along Grand Parade Brighton , Monday 28 th Nov following Westbourne trailer , the driver just stopped , no indication, no hazard lights , just braked sharply & stopped, causing me to skid & brake sharply, car in next lane swerved to avoid me.Question , where do this firm get their drivers from ?Trailer was attending a police call

I encountered Westbourne Motors for the first time following a recent breakdown. Frank attended promptly and couldn’t of been more helpful. He was friendly, knowledgable and re-assuring. His friendly personality and smile made a huge difference and he is THE best person I have encountered when in a situation like this.He mentioned that he trains people within the Westbourne company...if they are all like him then I’m happy to have an unreliable car!Frank is a true credit to Westbourne! A member of staff LOST my original car key when they recovered my car. Promised to replace but never have, have called multiple times and emailed. Reduced the value of my vehicle for their mistake. Careless staff, stay away.

Lovely guy came out. Think his name was Gav. Car was wedged in garage when I'd driven through closed door. He moved vehicle with various methods and tools to get it straight then reversed it down long drive and loaded it on his lorry. He deserves a medal. He's a star.
