I Went into the shop a few weeks ago for a window key cut. The blonde haired man didn't even acknowledge me stood in front of him, he continued to write something down on some paper without even a hello or just bare with me a moment please. I continued to stand there and then I said hello he said hello back and then he continued to do what he was doing. I found this very unwelcoming and just really rude and unnecessary, I do not mind waiting but a simple acknowledgement is just common curtsey. Eventually when he did speak to me he told me it was £10 for x1 window key! I have since taken this elsewhere and got x4 keys cut for £10. I wouldn't recommend going to this branch as it's overpriced and this staff member lacks basic people skills.

Had photos taken, not excepted by passport office, been back 4 times and staff untrained to retake, phone number never answered, terrible service and waste of money

When I went to order a memorial plaque the lady and guy were very helpful. Went to pick it up yesterday and the guy was too busy on his phone could not be bothered to help . He told me to go back on Tuesday when the guy who had rung to tell me it was ready would be in. Won't be using this store again.

Dale who works in the Asda branch was extremely helpful, knows what he is onabout. Gave me some good advise and reasurrance if anything goes wrong with my car key.Listen to the bloke hes trained in that job for a reason
