I contact this company last night for a quote for a Homebuyers survey and had a reply back this morning. The lady I spoke to (so sorry, I forgot to write down her name) was the most wonderfully helpful person I have spoken to in such a long time. Due to conflict of interests they would not be able to carry out the survey but she still stayed on the phone with me and provided the most helpful advice, you can clearly see what a great company this is purely from my interaction with this lovely person. Thank you for your amazing insight and help, it is very much appreciated :)
