I contacted Jack regarding an EPC on a rental property required at short notice, and he was incredibly accommodating and arranged a date for the inspection within a couple of days. There was a mix up with the date the tenants end, but Jack was brilliant and rearranged the next working day. He was also very responsive to my questions about the EPC, one very happy customer.

I had to leave this review purely for the trustworthiness & professionalism. I didn’t have a clue what I was doing with an EPC after not one, but two estate agents tried to say I had to obtain one through them at £90+ a pop. When I phoned this company, someone immediately answered & informed me I already had a valid EPC from the last sale! They didn’t have to do this, I would have been none the wiser & they went above & beyond, advised me where to check, what to say to the agent & even text me the link to my current EPC. Thank you again. When I next need one, I know where I’m coming & will advise my family & friends to do the same!
