Got charged through the nose to not fix my c class, took it else where for them to find and fix the fault straight away. Far from a specialist

My advice is not to bother with this company they cut me a new key on a mercedes sprinter (which wasn't cheap) in February it's now October and I'm still trying to get them to fix a blade which doesn't actually fit the vehicle..They promised to get a mercedes key cut key of the chassis number but that was a long time ago now I'm just getting the run around and it looks like I will have to take them to a small claims court to get any justiceMy advice is just dont go thereSave yourself some greif

As a lady vehicle driver my previous experience of going to garages in the past have not been pleasant . Ryan and the team not only resolved the issue with my vehicle but also guided me through step by step to ensure that I understood what needed to be done and why . The customer service is exceptional , I highly recommend .

I contacted Mercaid to get a quotation on 4 led door lights. Receptionist took my number and said some one would contact me. I never got a callback so took my business elsewhere. Sounded like receptionist was trying to fob me off and that's exactly what happened. Don't know how people can run a business like that.

Not very happy. Took my car because I noticed it was not running smooth and paid the diagnostic fee they to get told I need to change the intercooler which would have cost over £800+ according to the quote. I took the car to Mercedes directly and they said the intercooler is absolutely fine and they said it was just a sensor that needed changing which they did at a fraction of the price.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! Absolute robbers, had a gearbox service after they quoted us a price. Went to collect and was told we need to pay £80 more because they had done further checks with out asking us. Wasn’t given a check sheet but two things hand written on my receipt. Clearly wanted more money out of us. The receptionist “Olivia” who clearly has financial interest in the business (could be her partners) was very very rude. Her attitude was just as bad as her looks, She also left a review on this page you will see just to boost their fake reviews! Avoid this robbing fake Mercedes Benz wannabe service centre. AVOID!!!!!!

Good job done on My C-Class. The professional team changed my timing chain under just a couple of days. Thanks to Ryan and the team for the good service!

I cannot praise this garage enough, after 10 months of a problem with my car that other garages couldnt figure out, in one morning it was diagnosed and fixed. Great service and nice people, would highly recommend.

Great service and very helpful and supportive. Called in with a coolant leak and heating gone. Ryan squeezed in a booking for me at short notice and did a great job. Very attentive and great professionalism. I would highly recommend
