We had already purchased a suitcase but they only had the one in stock. The lovely lady called Jade did her utmost to find us another one to match which she did in record time and even had it sent to the Kidderminster store. We can't thank her enough for her dedication. She has made me one very happy bunny xx

I do think dunelm can be pricey when compared to stores like the range however they have extensive stock range especially for one confined by its location.. they do have some good sales deals if you look round. Well worth a visit

Bought a duvet set yesterday. Colour was not suitable when I got it home so took to store today for a refund. Was told it was non-refundable. Wish the cashier had told me that at time of buying as I wouldn't have bought it! Store manager quite dismissive and gave me number for customer services knowing full well they would say exactly the same. Just didn't seem to want to have to deal with complaint. Will not shop there again.

Great range of products, always thought Dunelms was expensive but found what I wanted and it was reasonably priced!Got their own car park which was a bonus, didn’t have to drive round looking for parking!!

Very easy free parking. They have a great range of home goods at reasonable prices. Their paint is much better than top brands, I'd always come back for that. They also have a nice cafe at the Redditch branch.
