If i could have given -stars i would i am still stranded in france with my car destroyed in an accident another english persons roofrack and storage box came off smashing the front of my tesla so badly it can not be driven i was recovered from the motoway by rescue services. To a local garage then had to pay for a hotel next day spent 6 hours on the phone to plan insurance and markerstudy got absalutely nowhere then had to get a taxi to hertz renta €96 i then pay for a hire car €980 then I HAD TO ARRANGE A PRIVATE COMPANY IN ENGLAND £2500 to come and pick the car up plus STORAGE FEES IN FRANCE €380 and im still stuck in france I HAVE NO GOOD WORDS TO SAY APPALLING SERVICE my costs are not all listed there are many more plus my wife now has back pain since the colision i will be contacting the ombudsman when i get home. I asked for a green card extension to my motor trade policy to cover all eventualities including breakdown and recovery they did not even issue the documents until a week after the accident I am now at least £4000 out of pocket and im the innocent victimHow the get a 4* plus tating is beyond me all the others have obviously not had to claim......

I'm really grateful for the amazing help we got in finding a unique insurance solution for a problem our business was facing. As the Head of Insurance for a large company, it's important to work with brokers who have the right experience and knowledge. Price matters, but going for the cheapest option doesn't always guarantee the best outcome. I prefer to work with someone I know will be there to assist if any issues come up.

After making a plethora of calls to other companies promising great premiums, Plan Insurance delivered right from the start without even knowing my previous quotes and they were nearly £1000 cheaper than the best quote I had. The team are friendly, helpful and efficient and seem genuinely passionate to be able to source the very best pricing and policy requirements for your needs. I have recommended them to a friend already and he was also very pleased. This being my first foray into the private hire world it has not been cheap but Plan insurance definitely came up trumps with my policy and I hope to be a customer for many years. I would recommend these for your business and vehicle fleet insurance as they savd me over £6000 for the year between both insurances

They have organised our Motor Trade insurance for at least the last 25 years. this year, at my instigation, they approached the underwriters and had our premium reduced by over £300 despite 2 of us drivers being well into our 70s and the third driver having a speeding conviction last year. Having tried other brokers, most of whom didn't even bother to phone back, I reckon they are pretty good!
