Keith was well versed in the training and ensured that we understood the PMVA techniques by having us practice over and over again until we understood them properly.I will definitely recommend this academy to others because he was the epitome of patience and knowledge. He even made the class more interactive and interesting by inserting physical exercises to loosen our joint.100/100 totally recommend
