The TUI staff have a great wealth of knowledge regarding the travel industry and for the many years that I've been a customer they have gone out of their way to ensure that I and those that I've travelled with have had the most enjoyable experiences at the most cost effective prices. Booking a holiday at TUI is stress free and satisfying as the staff are very capable of giving me the precise kind of holiday that I would like, I can't speak highly enough about this organisation.

After 3 attempts to modify my booking with TUI customer services and getting cut off every time I finally got through to Georgia in the TUI Retail Holiday Store Lancaster and she could not have been more helpful. Polite and efficient service and saved me a cancellation fee, Brilliant Georgia thank you very much.

Fabulous helpful staff especially Chrissy and jasmin who had lots of local knowledge of the resorts we were interested in. Very patient and helped us book the perfect trip. Very impressed and will be back for our next trip.
