Definitely not with this solicitor firm.They’ve kept me updated every step of the way and all relevant information emailed in Letter format to keep as reference.It’s made the process a breeze it was very quick moving. Holbrook and Co was recommended by a friend who owns an estate agents because he uses this firm as his solicitors, very well priced compared to other firms in Warrington,Thanks all at Holbrook and Co great work, I would strongly recommend if you are moving house to use this solicitor firm.

Have used Peter at Holbrook & Co for 3 house moves now, always been upto date with info and where the legal side of the move is up to, during our latest move we had an issue getting the keys from the developer... Holbrook and Co were all over it for us solving the problem with great professionalism and speed. Would highly recommend Holbrook & Co and the team there.

Very freindly and knowledgeable staff used this company on a few ccasions for home purchases and remortgage work. Nothing is ever to much trouble. The prices are fair and the service second to none. Much better than the large corporate firms whor loose you in the crowd. I was that happy I referred my brother and various friends all of whom have no room for any complaints.

I haven't used these solicitors personally but they acted for the gentleman that purchased my property last month. I found the entire process to be constantly halted by the actions of Steve Knight; he found issues that were not there or had been addressed previously and he requested the same information of me and my solicitor multiple times, leading me to believe that he either did not pay attention, or he lost the information first and second time around.He delayed our completion date twice due to his unnecessary and difficult communications and he was extremely difficult to contact by his own client, my estate agent and my solicitor. Furthermore, he has requested that monies be held back from my sale and is refusing to release them until next year, despite me evidencing that the charge he is holding them back for was not in any debit whatsoever, quite the contrary in that I had credit refunded back to myself.Slow, difficult process and I would not recommend this particular solicitor to anyone.

Having just come across these reviews I don’t understand how 2 people rate 1 star ... my experience of dealing with Holbrook’s was nothing but positive, communication was excellent and the information they provided was quick, accurate and professionally dealt with. Would have absolutely no qualms about either recommending or using again myself

Excellent conveyancing! As the estate agent, I've worked with Mike a number of times who has acted on behalf of buyers purchasing a property I'm selling. Although, not professionally affiliated, I have found Mike to be attentive, proactive and responsive.

Simply excellent service from Mark and the team. The thought of selling my house was akin to playing with madness however this was so much less stressful than I expected it to be thanks to Holbrook & Co.From initial contact right through to completion I was appraised every step of the way and also had access to an online tracker so I could view at what stage the sale was at.Communication was swift, information accurate and speed exemplary. Could not recommend enough.Should I require the services of a property lawyer in the future I will not hesitate to contact Mark and team. Highly recommended.
