Not at all as nice as it used to be. My burger was badly prepared with the sauce and salad all coming out of it. I also bought and paid for a ketchup yet they never put it with my order.The McChicken sandwich has really lost flavour!! Blandest burger I’ve had.

Absolutely horrible place for food, ordered £40 worth of food for my friends and half was missing, offered no refund and when I tried to call later didn't even answer my phone. I'm still waiting on my refund all of now. Food was cold. I hope people stop going here until they can sort themselves out

Well for starters i ordered something that was 1.99 and i payed with a 10 pound note. Got 1p change. Laura apologised which was fine. Then i saw laura whom i think is the manager, be rude to the deliever drivers. I ordered beforr the drivera yet had to wait longer as of their orders. Its supposed to be a fast food resturant but was unfortuantely not very fast. All i ordered was a mcchicken and fries yet was waiting there for 10 minutes. Then my friend ordered and she also had to wait a while due lack of staff. They gave her her food but the order wasnt accurate as they missed food. Then when she asked Laura gave her attitude even though the customer is always right. When my friend left and we was eating on the bus my friend realised that they had still got her order wrong when she asked for no lettuce. Im very concerned as she could be allergic to lettuce yet it was still in the burger but yet still had a sticker on the burger saying no lettuce.

I went in for a takeaway. The 20 nuggets were obviously old when I opened them in the car. My family were very unimpressed. I get a takeaway at the Yenton McDonald's regularly. I know a bad nugget. So I take them back. The manager agrees a replacement. Then a cook shouts.....'wasting food disgusting'....I have never been insulted by a McDonald's staff member...EVER.....Never will I return there.

Always very very very very busy at lunch times because of the school children who are allowed out and the college kids that are about all day long. The staff do an amazing job packing in all these orders and the service time is brilliant despite the suffocatingly closrophibic crowds that form by the tills and the ketchup/straw/napkin station

Food excellent. Clean and tidy.Missing items from the order, was greeted with a young girl behind the checkout with attitude and demanded to see the receipt to check said items were on the receipt. Customer service needs improvement and re training.

Awful, staff are rude, never get orders correct, been 3 times this month and each time they have missed an item from my order and each time I’ve pointed this out, I haven’t received 1 apology, it’s as if they do it on purpose. They literally have to read a computer screen and fill up a bag!I Will not be wasting my money here anymore. Burger King are so much better never miss off items you’ve paid for!
