Just came back from tesco west brom,Roy was brillant so paitent and it wasnt easy hes so friendly and super helpful espicially as I came unprepared and in a crisis because moonpig let me down last min and he helped me think clearly and broke it down as I was stressed and couldnt think the gifts ment a lot , thanks roy hope your employers give you a promotion and a pay rise you were great nice experience to a stressfull day..

Superb service, went in 10am Sunday after having issues with another well known photo service and my problem was solved within the hour. Fantastic staff. Highly recommended 5*

We use max spielmann for visa application photos most of the time because they are professional. But this time we got a Rude and unprofessional customer service from a big lady. She didnt ask to send photos over the email as normally everybody asked after taking photos. Once we realised that we needed a digital copy of photo for online visa application. We went again and asked for the digital copy but she denied and behaved rudely and after arguing, she agreed and told us to queue again even we have been served first.
