Neal and Palmer

I needed to order a formal English suit for a wedding. Being that i live in the U.S. I made my reservation through email and when I arrived the staff was very nice and accommodating. When there was a potential issue with me having to catch a train before they opened, thereby making a return difficult, they tried to help and offered to let me drop it off a half hour before they opened. I wish that they rented shirts, ties and shoes so I wouldn't have had to bring extra luggage, but despite thos, their service and quality were 5 star.

Outstanding service!! 5*!Thank you to Paresh and all the team for helping us select a morning suit for my husband to wear on our wedding day and making sure it fit him absolutely perfectly!! We are based in Norway so were only in London for one day so pre-booked an appointment - Paresh took all of my husband’s measurements and got it to fit him exactly as it should after just one fitting!! He also helped us organise shipment to Norway so he could have it before the wedding - really easy and straightforward, really efficient email service too. Then when we decided we wanted to rent a morning suit for the best man to wear, Paresh also organised this with using only the measurements we provided for the best man - and it fitted the best man perfectly!!Both suits fantastic quality and looked fantastic too (see photos!)Don’t go anywhere else - these guys are the best in the business!!Thank you,Victoria and Anders x

Neal and Palmer.....you are great!We had to have my husband`s morning suit ready for collection several days earlier than expected and Paresh made it happen. He was amazing! I had a suit made at Neal and Palmer for my wedding reception. Paresh was very helpful right from the start. He advised us on the different styles of suits. There was a wide choice of materials & colours. Everything looked great on the first fitting but I was offered the option of a second fitting to make sure I was happy with everything. I was well pleased with the end result.I also ordered some buttons here for a different suit, which I was having tailor-made somewhere else. Beautiful store in a Grade ll listed building, I would highly recommend a visit to Neal and Palmer if you are in search of the finest bespoke menswear for special occasions.

Excellent service and morning suit hire! We arrived delayed from an intl flight and Parish and his team immediately accommodated both myself and my colleague the day before the wedding. We waited for a fitting and had perfectly hemmed trousers and a smart looking vest and coat. The whole experience was easy and fast and the quality of the suit was great. I highly recommend Neal and Palmer. No need to shop around if you want to look good.

Having tried a wide range of morning suit hire shops in London we arrived at Neal & Palmer and this shop blew the competition away!They have a much wider range of suits / waistcoats than anyone else we’d tried and the quality was excellent. The service was equally first class - Paresh and his team were friendly and engaging but highly professional (and the team even managed to go the extra mile to get them ready early in the face of train strikes).Everyone was delighted with their suits (and we were a range of shapes and sizes!) and looked SO smart….it made such a difference on the day!If you want a morning suit I would recommend you go straight to Neal and Palmer.

An amazing experience! Visited a number of other high end tailors in the area for a tuxedo for my wedding day but none had the product or service of Neal and Palmer :-) Paresh was outstanding, very helpful and welcoming, the man really knows his craft. I would highly recommend them.

I used Neal and Palmer for my wedding in October and the service could not have been better. This is a family run business and it shows with the care and attention the team gave to my groomsmen and I. The team were able to just look at us and get a measure for what our suit size would be. The suits we hired were of impeccable quality and renting them and bringing them back was very easy. If I ever have cause for occasion with a morning suit again, I will definitely be coming here and recommending Neal and Palmer to everyone that asks. Thank you Neal and Palmer!

This was my third time using Neal & Palmers hire service. The first two times were for morning suits and the most recent time was for a black tie.There isn't anywhere else I would go to hire suits. The service there is fantastic, the selection is amazing and I feel the best bit is regardless of how busy they get they are always extremely polite and helpful.Hands down the best place in London to buy/hire a suit. It's now my go-to. My only advice is make sure to book an appointment because for obvious reasons they are very popular!I look forward to when I visit them next.

I purchased my wedding suit from Neal and Palmer this spring. They are a wonderful place to do business with. The quality of the material and the fit of the suit were excellent. Paresh had the material to create a custom made waistcoat that matched the exact color of my bride's dress. Also the ascot, tie for the best man and the pocket squares all matched, too.They are easy to do international business as they arranged all the shipping. The suit came within 3 days of leaving London and arrived in perfect condition.
