Their registration for membership lasts for only 6 months. Which means u av to keep registering every 6 months if u r not able to go shopping there. Which I find a bit stressful. At least, it has to be a year and u dont need to bring all documents again for a fresh re-registration. U should be able to just renew ur account without bringing all documents again. This process, is like forcing customers to shop there all the time even if u dont need to. To avoid bringing all ur documents every time.

I'm don't like that workers always have parking they cars under roof. So if bad whether all your stock always getting weet. Then inside working one woman TJ. Always not happy and aggressive. After all this you coming to the till. Mostly Boys don't care about your items. Plenty damages. But one man from Oldham have gold heart. Always very friendly and taking care about your stock. I giving 5 star only to him. Great uncle!

I believe the staff try their best but the management appear to have their own agenda of belittling their staff; I would not shop here again as I feel the management is dishonest.
