I purchased a refurbished Nintendo Switch Lite, but unfortunately, I noticed a few things were wrong with it over time. I got in touch with Gary and he managed to talk me through how to fix the issue with the left stick not properly registering input towards the left side in great detail. Sadly the other problems ended up being cosmetic, but Gary was happy for me to take it back in for a full refund or exchange with no quibbles.I can happily say that even though I may not have had the ideal outcome, Gary was still incredibly patient and knowledgeable - and definitely seems like one of the good guys in the tech repair industry, so with that I would highly recommend Evans IT!

My phone was shattered front and rear glass shards . I didn't want to reset all my apps and lose and info I left it with him it came back new glass rear & front with a new battery. Highly recommend

I fell and smashed my iPhone 6s screen. As we are in lockdown I was not sure if I could get it repaired. Eventually I found on google Annan Tech. I gave him a call and he was very helpful. He could not get parts so it depended on the phone I had. He did have the right screen. He works from home. I drove to his house, handed him the phone and was told to wait 10-15 min. I went to Tesco to get some cash and I was just back for 5 minutes when he came outside and handed me the repaired phone back. The cost were less than I had paid previous at Lineout. I will return to him with any problems. He was a lifesaver.

Great local service, I had a laptop that my son dropped and broke the charging port. It would have gone in the bin but they did a professional repair and saved having to buy a new one. Always a prompt response to any questions. Highly recommended, Phil
