Worst dry cleaning experience I've ever had here. Took in my suit, the guy working their took the suit in including the suit bag I brought it into the shop in. Odd I thought for them to need the suit bag but ok. SMS on Friday the suit was ready to collect. I turned up after work at 17:45, 15 mins before they were due to close, the guy behind the counter had his bikers leathers on and was ready to leave, told me to come back tomorrow even though they are supposed to close at 18:00. Drive back to the store the following day. Rude biker guy behind the counter again, hands me my suit without the suit bag. I ask where's my suit bag? He says the guy who took it in shouldn't have taken that. He says there is nothing he can do but I'm welcome to look behind the counter myself. He tells me to come back on Monday and speak to the owner. I return on Monday, the owner is more pleasant to talk to but still charges me for my suit and says he'll try and chase down the suit bag and will call me by the end of the day to let me know whether it can be found or if not he'll compensate me for a new one. To be honest by this stage I don't care, I'm just fed up as it's my third time returning to the same timpson to pick up my suit. Good thing I had a bit of leeway between the next wedding I needed it for. The guy from Timpson didn't get in touch. I bought a new suit bag on Amazon and I shall never take my dry cleaning here again.

Spot on, I needed a link taking out of a watch bracelet, and happened to see Timpson whilst I was doing some shopping at Asda.I arrived right before closing, but Ant, who was working there was good enough to carry out the work there and then. I'd expected to have to wait, or come back another day. Brilliant.Social distancing was in place, and was handled really well, I also noticed that there was a discount being offered to Key workers.Great stuff!

Very good service, the gentleman that served me was very professional and extremly helpful, very honest about the services they provide. Wouldnt go to any other timpsons, Chandler's ford timpson and the gentleman ( Antony) offer top quality services. Timpsons in a whole are good but Chandler's ford store is the best for customer service.

This was the first time I had used Timpsons, and took the chance to see if they would be able to fix the handle of a very sentimental leather bag, that the strap had broken.Given this store is very small (more of a kiosk) outside Adsa Store Eastleigh I wasn't expecting much.But how wrong I was. The gentleman that served me, couldn't have been more Polite and helpful. He seemed to know his stuff and gave me some advice in regards to what was possible, I think to manage my expectations.From the way he greeted me through to the advice that he provided, it gave me the confidence to hand over what is a very precious item.Upon collecting it, I wasn't expecting it to have been repaired and was waiting for the reasons for why it couldn't , but how wrong I was.The bag was repaired and strengthened to an extremely high standard, and in all honestly I couldn't tell the difference between the original and the repaired side.I couldn't be happier.The gentleman, was polite and happy to serve me, did an exceptional job.In these uncertain times, this person really stood out with his customer service and quality of workmanship, and is a true credit to the Company.I asked for his name, and he said it was ANT and that he was the store manager. So if you do go there be sure to look out for him, you wont be disappointed in the quality of work, timescales or price. Totally recommended.

Had a replacement battery fitted in my watch. Friendly and professional service. Recommend.

Lovely staff, always helpful. Couldn't copy my key straight away but ordered in the necessary key. Quick service, but a queue can form out of thin air!

Today l was very disappointed and shocked with Timpson. The first shop we went to couldn't provide us with what was required and he sent us to another shop. The second shop couldn't help us either, but the staff there was more helpful, and advised us to go to the branch in Chandler.After going round two shops, we found the shop that could provide the service needed, but even then the only staff 'available' was not available as he was having a lunchtime break at 4.35pm! There was no sign on the door to suggest that he was helping a client or having a break. He was confusing us onto some lies and my kids and I spotted it.He did apologise eventually for not being in the stand alone shop, however, I believe he knew he was in the wrong and tried to cover up by taking us to the bigger shop to find someone else to serve us before disappearing once again.

Took my shoes in because the soul had come apart. Joe was exceptional. Polite, professional and efficient. He didn't even charge for gluing it together.

Whilst the gentleman who served me was pleasant and efficient...I found the price of replacement batteries...quite astonishing. £12.50 each? OK they come with a 1 year warranty, but in nearby Eastleigh a battery and a watch clean, is £5.00 and comes with the same 1 year cover?OK for an emergency fix, but in these 'penny tight' days, £25 for fitting 2 batteries seems ... extreme!
