So thankful to have Goddard so close by. Very grateful for the whole team.My cat was very ill, she had been to our usual vet the day before and the advice offered was terrible. They had advised us to wait a few weeks (while she suffered in immense pain) and then to book her in for blood tests if she was still poorly. So I called Goddard to see if the vets there could help her. And they did!!Thanks to the helpful receptionist who booked us in, and the vet who treated her and prescribed medicine, Bella is looking so much more healthy and she’s all better! No more pain and she is eating well again. It was awful seeing her in such a state, my family and I are so grateful and happy with the outcome of her visit.

There aren’t enough words to say how great the whole team were when treating our extremely anxious rescue dog. Due to his anxiety, what was meant to be a standard blood test, was turned into multiple visits, as each attempt proved too traumatic for him.But the staff were extremely understanding and supportive, and on the final big day, they went above and beyond to make Beau feel calm and safe.Huge thanks to all for being so kind and understanding.

I cannot thank the lovely, friendly, caring, professional team enough for seeing my pug cross for an emergency possible toxin ingestion within minutes despite a very busy clinic. It's a huge relief to have her home and well after loving expert care.

A very friendly and helpful vet practice. They managed to fit me in on the morning when I rang up for an emergency appointment, which was really appreciated. I felt very reassured and they were thorough with their examination of my kitten, and they gave great advice. I would definitely recommend them to fellow pet owners.

Booked for first thing on a Saturday. Was let in and then ignored for 30 minutes. Was then told there was no vet on site and they didn't know if one would be arriving and to rebook for Monday. My cat finds travelling extremely stressful and I also wasted £60 on taxi fees there and back. Worst service I have ever experienced at a vet in my lifetime

Godard has been our vet since our cats were born. Unfortunately they have proven really unhelpful recently as we suffered a flea infestation (dozen and dozen of bites for us everyday) and they would not prescribe us tablets without being seen by the vet (we haven't seen the vet in 2-3 years). I called on a Wednesday to be told to call the next day at 8am for a day appointment. On Thursay they offered me one slot but we couldn't make it as I had a very important appointment at the same time. On Friday I call again at 9am to then be told by a different lady that I can't get a day appointment for fleas. So 3 days of extra waiting for nothing. Next available appointment in November (1.5-2 months!). We found another vet in poplar who could see us the next day and they were absolutely lovely. So while they were good to us when we had an emergency, they are not here for us on the day to day which is as important. unfortunately not worth waiting

I had my first visit today with my cat Waffle. The nurse that saw to him was very nice, friendly and professional. My cat warmed up to her. It was a nice visit and experience as it was my first time. I also signed up for a pet plan. Staff friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend!

On the two occasions I called in to this practice the receptionist seemed to think it appropriate for her to give unsolicited veterinary advice, which she is unqualified to do. In both instances her advice was wrong and her attitude was borderline hostile.The vet seems very good and professional. The cost and wait times reflect this.That being said, I paid a few 100 quid for tests that came back inconclusive. When I went to another vet they were very conclusive of an infection.

I love Dr Aurora, she is an amazing vet. So caring, knowing and capable. My only complain would be that, although their receptionist is lovely, getting through the phone takes a while. It would be good if they had more people to help in reception but I understand that maybe the space is limited.

Receptionist Rosie needs better social skills and admin training. She failed to answer my query and hung up on me. I would not recommend using this vet if these are the people they employ. I fear that if my pet visits this vet, he won’t be looked after and I won’t be able to get hold of him due to a very hostile and unpleasant receptionist.
