Paul is the most brilliant vocal coach I've ever worked with - he is the voice wizard! I was so nervous to begin with but he made our vocal lessons so fun and enjoyable. He's helped me to fall in love with singing again after years of struggling with vocal strain and nodules. Now my confidence is building every day and I can't believe I'm able to sing songs with such power while keeping my instrument healthy. Just amazing.

I started Singing Lessons with Paul just before Christmas last year, and I'm so glad I did!He's so professional, friendly and easy to talk to and he knows exactly what you need to do to try and get what you want from your voice.Being a professional performer/singer I need someone who knows the ins and outs of the voice and body to really tune in to those specific elements that I want out of my voice, and Pauls knowledge is really evident and he works in an easy way without too much jargon so you can put it into practice.I've learnt extra things from Paul just in the few months I've been going to him which make my singing even easier, and learnt new things about my psyche towards singing also!He's great, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone who wants to fine tune their singing, or even just starting out. Paul is a brilliant vocal coach. He has taught me so much about my voice and helped me to understand it more and how to use it. He has extensive knowledge of how the vocal instrument works. He tailors his lessons to your specific needs and stage of development, always in a friendly, fun and relaxed manner. I highly recommend him.

On the back of two separate recommendations from fellow musicians, I started vocal lessons with Paul in January 2022. After starting to work more regularly on the wedding/function circuit, I wanted to improve both my voice's stamina and range.From the off, Paul was incredibly in depth with his teaching, explaining so much around the anatomy of singing and applying that to exercises for improvements I was looking to make.When taking the work from these lessons into performances, family, friends and even former music teachers/vocal coaches were full of praise (shocked in some cases) at the progression I'd made and I can't thank Paul enough for that.Aside from having an encyclopaedic knowledge of the voice and how to tackle any issues a performer may be having, Paul is a great bloke, so easy to learn from and the environment is so relaxed.If you're looking to take your singing to the next level, I could not recommend Paul enough.

Paul has been my vocal tutor for a couple of years now. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the voice and really tailors his lessons to what I need. Although we're working at a high level of detail, he creates a warm, fun atmosphere so I feel safe to really explore my voice. Paul's expertise and guidance has really helped me in the months that I've been having sessions with him. I came to him for help with menopause-related changes in my singing voice that were making me frustrated and sad. He's helped me understand how to be a better singer and to help my body to make that happen. Starting HRT has played a big role in improving things but Paul's input has made a huge difference to me too. He's friendly and kind, and a ray of sunshine to be around. I am a keen amateur singer, with a background in classical piano and a love of musical theatre and cabaret. Keen to perform again, I sought out singing lessons after moving to Manchester.Paul has taken time to get to know not just my voice but my learning style and my motivation for singing. I have been working with Paul for around six months , and look forward to his lessons. His knowledge of how the voice works makes lessons so informative and specific to each person. He makes you so aware of how your own voice works which is really invaluable as you can carry that with you throughout your career . He has also been wonderful for last minute audition prep and always listens to what you feel like you're struggling with.
