Took in a white gold chain with diamond heart pendant to have clasp repaired.Picked it up and on getting it home noticed the diamond was missing, tried several times to contact them and got no answer. Took the necklace to the jewellers I had bought it and luckily it was still under warranty to have the diamond replaced. Would not recommend anyone to use this jewellers if they value their precious stones. Visit F.Hinds instead.
