Excellent service. I dropped my car off a few weeks ago and was worried that the issue could not be fixed after speaking to other garages. Bristol street motors did a diagnostic test and quickly found the issue and fixed it. The car was ready in a few days and I was able to set up an affordable payment plan. Really happy with the service and the fact that I got a complimentary car wash as well. Cherry on the cake. Thank you!

Five star service as usual. I go back every year for my service and MOT because they are thorough with my car, professional and courteous. I always receive a video of my car, I'm offered the option to rent a courtesy car or to enjoy hot drinks while I wait. They return the car washed as part of the service which is a lovely bonus. Today I was assisted by Moses who was fantastic and represented the company perfectly. Moses made sure everything went to plan, communicated well and ensured I was comfortable while I waited. Exceptional customer service.

Took my car in for a service on the 30th November. I rang Bristol street motors at 1:30 to check at the progress of my car, spoke to Sean who said it wasn’t going to be done until 4:30, I asked if they could arranged a car for me so I can pick up my little one from school. Sean Williams managed to get one of the guys to borrow me their company car so I could go and grab my son. So helpful and so attentive. Thank you so much.

Very pleased with my last car service and MOT at Bristol Street Motors Waltham Cross. Clear Vehicle Health Check video evidencing necessary maintenance and kept up to date with three phone calls through the day. In particular, Ryan went above and beyond to obtain a new service book for my car, missing for nearly a year. He wrote in all the back-dated services and covered each page with a post-it note to prevent smudging. That is called attention to detail!

Absolutely horrendous! Dropped my car off last Wed, no communication at all on Wednesday despite leaving three messages! Received a call on Thursday stating that the car had not even been looked at! Work eventually completed Friday night, car not washed despite saying they would!On Sunday, the same fault that they claimed to have fixed reoccurred leaving my stranded, with my daughter, on the hard shoulder of the M25.Called 08:30am on Monday morning and still waiting for a call back from Ryan! Avoid this garage unless you absolutely have no choice but to use them!

Bristol Street is a fantastic place. We just recently got a mobility car from here. Went out on test drive. Customers service was amazing. Couldn't fault it.Rob was brilliant. Such a lovely man!! I could have kissed him when he handed us the keys but instead settled for a hug.
