M2M Nail Spa

Have been twice, firstly for acrylic full set and then an acrylic infill. The staff were all so so nice and accommodating. Anna did my nails both times and she is so professional and fast. Was also offered complimentary drinks, snacks and hand cream. The salon is very clean and aesthetically pleasing. I also went during their opening promotional offer which was amazing for price!!Highly recommend this nail shop, willing to travel an hour for!!

Lovely salon. Looks very swanky. Very patient and friendly technicians. Felt totally pampered and nails look fab. 100% recommend!

The salon itself is really lovely in design and layout, the staff were friendly and a generous range of refreshments were available. They have a good range of colours and options available. When I left the salon I really loved my gel colour and shape however after a few days 4 of them had snagged / were broken. I get my nails done a lot but noticed during the process they were buffered down so aggressively with a drill that it felt sore during the treatment and subsequently had left my nails very very weak. Since then I've had to cut them as short as possible to try and restore them. It's a real shame as I would have liked to keep going here but I would be nervous of further nail damage.

Very unhappy with this place mainly due to the service and the fact they overcharged me!!I had a booking for 3pm today, 20min had gone by and I was not seen so decided to leave. I called to reschedule the appointment and was offered 4pm. Thankfully this time round I was seen immediately. I had a particular style that I wanted to go for and this is where things became awkward. After showing the nail tech the style, she recommended some colours however I did not feel they matched at all. I felt very pressured to make a decision, 15min had gone by and both the nail tech and manager complained that I was taking too long to decide. This was very rude. It took at least 5min for me to get the style up on my phone as there was poor service in the store. I thought it was ironic of them to complain considering I was completely ignored when I came in for my original appointment. It would have been nice if the nail tech patiently recommended colours instead of rushing me through the process and making me feel bad for it. The end result was nice however I will say that the chrome effect which I paid an extra £10 for was poorly done. The nail tech was very stingy with the amount of chrome she used. She literally used a fragment of glitter and the full chrome effect was not reached. After getting the chrome done, it was not worth £10 unfortunately.I realised when I got home that they charged me for acrylic gel nails when I did NOT get gel nails, I got normal acrylics done! This is completely unacceptable.

I went for infills today. The staff were very welcoming and friendly upon arrival, especially Mia and I was offered a complimentary drink. They took their time and made sure there were no mistakes. The salon itself was clean and the interior was beautiful. Overall customer service was amazing. Will definitely be coming back!

This is a lovely place , staff are friendly andOffer you drinks when you arrive and while your treatment. However the nail tech doing my acrylic design on some nails did it different and really messy which I noticed when I was in different lighting. Also I feel like am on edge as the nails feels weak and rushed and am scared they will break. Never felt like this when i do my nails.

I had an amazing experience at M2M nail spa. They always treat me really well. The customer service is excellent. They have many options of colours and are patient to help you choose. The spa itself is always clean. I will be coming here often!

Absolutely brilliant, the nails to the staff, in love with my nails, the best ever, I love how they take there time to do my nails, also the service they provide is amazing! They have lots of range of colours, and clean and all new inside. Special thanks to Rachael, Mia and Sam☺️
