I have been very impressed with the customer service in this store, dealt with 2 lovely members of staff who have really gone out their way to help and advise me, I wanted a new a new fragrance for my holiday and for my birthday for scent association so I ordered a fragrance online but instore (as had sold out) after getting alot of advice in what perfume I usually go for, to help decide on a new one.Had a good chat about it, the staff are very knowledgeable about the fragrances they have.But when in store I got a spray of another scent which I liked too, I then on the way home could still smell this scent which I loved, and knew I had changed my mind.When the other perfume I ordered arrived I took it into the store where they were happy to swap over for the other scent.The staff are so friendly and helpful.Also your membership is a fantastic deal and scent addict and really looking forward to seeing the Christmas deals and shopping in your store in Inverness again. Thank you for your wonderful service and time.Thank you ❤

Where do I start, the item i received was wrong, they refused to give me refund or replace it they were also incredibly rude

The manager gave me the male version of the perfume I asked for, the plastic was removed when this was opened on Christmas Day and hasn’t even been sprayed but they will not replace this. I’ve been unable to get through on the phone as they don’t have there proper number shown and when I went in store to complain I was told only the manager could help me, who just happened to be off that day. Reading the reviews this seems a common theme, pathetic shop

Absolute thieves. I'm usually an online shopper but I like to support local stores so I decided to get a fragrance from The Fragrance Shop. It needed to be delivered which I was fine with but what I ordered is not what I received at all. I opened the plastic wrap around the box before realising and when I tried to exchange it was told I couldn't. The bottle is completely sealed and I even purchased a membership with the bottle but that didn't matter apparently. The staff also had very limited knowledge on Men's Cologne so I will without a doubt never shop here again. I would understand if it was a new staff members mistake but it was the manager who put the purchase through and is now telling me they have no option to help me.
