Alberto was fantastic with my sick rabbit he tried his very best to get him well again, unfortunately he didn't make it, but he was in very good hands throughout and very well cared for.

Gavin Collyer is so professional, so knowledgeable, so honest and transparent and caring. He truly listens to the owner and so he truly understands the problem before suggesting decisions regarding treatment. He is loved by our dogs and us, and I trust him and his team implicitly.We’ve only ever received excellent care for the nearly ten years we’ve been using Gavin at Companion Care.Highly recommended.

The vet explained everything to me and didn't try to sell unnecessary treatments. He also checked my older cat over for general health. I was reassured of his condition considering his great age . Good

Great experience. Took my two dogs for their annual boosters and my experience was excellent. First time visit after transferring from Vale in Kidderminster. I've been waiting for availability to register my pets as they closed their list for a long time.The receptionist could have been more friendly but the vet was lovely..she was really nice to my dogs and chatted to them whilst examining them. She was very thorough and I loved her manner.Waiting time was almost zero and the price very reasonable - cheaper than my previous vets.All in all, very impressed.

A great vets in a great location.Very pleasant reception staff.Excellent vets.Very good prices compared to others.Open plan waiting room is big enough to keep reactive dogs apart.Vets is located inside busy pet shop.Large retail park car park outside.

We couldn't get an appointment straight away. We had to wait 2 weeks. Everyone was polite and very informative. A few little problems with our pet but everything was explained and the vet was very helpful. Would recommend Companion Care.

Staff are very friendly and really made me feel reassured when I took my dog in for a check up after suspected seizure, quality of care is amazing and advice offered was great. This vets definitely care more about pets wellbeing than money and prices are reasonable too I would definitely recommend this vets

This was an emergency appointment. My puppy was less than 10 weeks old, with a water infection. I turned up at 9am, when the vets opened, an appointment was booked for 10.45am, then an appointment was cancelled so I could be seen at 9.45am, the the 9.15am appointment was a no show, so we got seen straight away. I'm very grateful, thank you.

Would recommend these vets took our dog there on 22nd Jan 2020 as an emergency case, did everything they could. Then decided to register all 3 of our dogs after visiting them 5 times in under a week as our 1 dog wasn’t better and having a blood test we unfortunately lost 1 of our 3 there empathy, even sent us a sympathy card. Thanks companion vets will be recommending you in the future.
