Absolutely Fabulous experience, Big leak in Boiler, Home emergency cover wouldnt cover, left to my own devices and unsure what to do I put in a job on Rated People, Scot along with others got back to me. I liked his manner, his professionalisim and his re-assurance as I was unsure what the outcome would be he sent Tony out first thing that morning, who assessed after contacting Manufacturer that it could be repaired, gave me the cost, the pros and cons, I chose to get a new boiler and am absolutely delighted, Job was really well done. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the cupboard space being much bigger, and although Tony was wiling to try and rectify, he is afterall a Gas Boiler Technician, so I asked him to leave it and I would get a joiner in as it was a tricky job in a 130yr old property with walls that are not straight. I could go on but please do not think twice about taking on board the advice given, there is no sales angle, no pressure, just the facts and decisions to make. Thanks to all.

Scott was installing a new boiler in our neighbours house. Had a wee brain freeze, as our houses are similar, pulled out our flue by mistake. He reinstalled it and did a full check on it. Kudos Scott.

I had problems with my boiler due to constant leaks and loss of pressure.However Scott was patient and friendly and a true professional who never gave up when things weren't going according to plan.Several more visits later and thankfully the issues were sorted through perseverance.A great company to deal with, Scott,Tony and Lorraine were superb with me and I want to thank them all.I'd definitely recommend this company and I'd go back to them if I have any more trouble with my boiler.

More than happy to review my recent experiences with this company.After just buying and moving into a new property with a 1 year old the last thing you need is the boiler to pack up. I had Scott into install a thermostat before the drama really kicked off and I'm so glad I did. Responsive, supportive, friendly, professional and the total costs involved were incredibly reasonable for a massive and time consuming job...really couldn't have asked for more can't thank Scott and Darren enough !!!! Recommended without reservation the 5 stars is a genuine rating believe me !!!!

Scott gave us a competitive quote and from the first moment he was on the premises it was clear he knew his stuff.Fitted a new Gas combi boiler in good time and the work is excellent.Highly recommended. Will use again without hesitation

Tony and Scot installed our boiler a year ago 2012. Had 1st service today. The work of installing was emasculate pipe work 100% they were efficient and tidy. Would recommend this company to anyone. On price and value. The service is probably the best price in the market. 10/10Alistair Kyle

Had a boiler installed yesterday. Engineers arrived promptly and carried out all work to a very high standard. System was fully explained and, we feel, what we have received adds up to excellent value for money. Would definitely recommend.British Gas - take note!
