Now known as The Power Studio, these guys are great giving a friendly and welcoming atmosphere from the get go, using power plates to achieve a workout without all the strain on your joints etc.

Nice friendly staff, instructing in quick no-nonsense fitness regime. A bit pricey compared to a gym membership but individual trainer attention is really helpful. Need to make an appointment as it is really busy, easy to ring and book.
