Recently purchased a luxury watch from Chrisholm Hunter Bluewater. Nick Farrant provided an excellent sales and customer service process. He was extremely knowledgeable about the watch brand, very patient throughout and when I wanted to exchange my watch for a different model (which was entirely down to my own preference) he was quickly able to facilitate and made no issue of doing so. It's very rare in my experience to come across a dealer with such a passion for the job. My whole experience at the shop was positive and much more personal than other jewellers/authorised dealers. Will definitely consider buying from the shop again.

Visited this store on bank holiday Monday to buy anniversary gifts. We were served by Julie who could not have been more helpful. I'm not the most decisive person and took a long while to decide what to buy but Julie's helpfulness, patience and knowledge was unwavering. Nick also helped with our purchase and was very helpful.Excellent service, fantastic range and very fair prices.Well done!

I was very impressed with the Chisholm Hunter store at Bluewater. I was made to feel very welcome and their staff were knowledgeable and friendly .I wanted an Hamilton Khaki, but was undecided about which model to go for. The sales adviser was extremely helpful and patient while I tried different watches on. I had a great buying experience there and would highly recommend this store to all watch enthusiasts.

I visited the Bluewater store and my first impression of the luxurious and classy decor and displays was good. I was greeted by Chris who offered me a seat and refreshments. Chris was polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. I had never owned an automatic watch and Chris explained the benefits and differences of watch movements that really helped me make my decision to purchase the watch I did. I felt I had received the same 5 star treatment whether I was spending £500 or £5000 and that was thanks to Chris. I didn't feel rushed to make a decision in fact it was the complete opposite as Chris was patient and answered all my questions. I would like to acknowledge and thank Chris for making my watch purchase something special rather than a mundane experience. I would certainly return again in the future.

Chisholm Hunter's stock of watches and fine jewellery is excellent as is their customer service. We were served by Ed who was incredibly polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Chisholm Hunter will now be our jeweler of choice when we want to treat ourselves, 10/10!

Went into branch today after seeing a ring in the window that I liked. From the second I was approached I had nothing but exceptional service. The ladies I dealt with were so lovely and the service was exceptional. Really attentive to me and my husband. My budget wasn’t a lot at all but yet I was made to feel really welcome and special. Excellent customer service and the staff were amazing there was no pressure at all, listening to my needs & my budget. I couldn't recommend this store enough even another lady working there popped over and had a chat.Exceptional service and I will most definitely be returning. Thank you again. They deserve more than 5 stars! x

It’s all about the service and I felt valued from the first purchase I made here few months ago. All the staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Nick is outstanding, he really goes that extra mile, but yesterday he did something not many would ever do in retail. Back in May I spoke of a watch which I said I would really like as it’s stunning, however they were discontinued and limited edition. Now considering how many people they see and serve daily, he remembered this conversation. He somehow managed to find one - the very last one in the manufacturers stock in the U.K., got it ordered in. I did not know anything about this as I was coming in to see a new release which I told him to keep aside for me. He surprised me and it was the very last pieces around. Outstanding service. I was absolutely delighted.Truly incredible customer service. If you want a boutique service, here is the place and here is your man.

I recently visited the bluewater store looking for engagement rings. The staff were both friendly and patient when showing us around the store and bringing out all the options and explaining the qualities of each. I felt comfortable when browsing and purchased the perfect engagement ring. A big thank you to Molly and Sam, I will be sure to recommend this store to family and friends.

I visited this store today and have to mention how great the staff were. I was dealt with by Cindy who was very kind, offering water while we waited and helping me with the watch I bought. Overall a very positive experience.
