Great experience today. Got the battery changed in my watch for free due to the lifetime offer they do...the member of staff was so quick. Plus got 2 keys cut very quickly...both work...for £10 which I thought was reasonable since it was so convenient. Would definitely use again.

Most unhelpful person even though I have had a new battery replaced there in past said he couldn't replace back of my watch as the machine to replace back of my watch was too small all he was interested in was his phone would not recommend this shop never had a problem before but one bad apple has changed that and wasn't even polite about it had to put one star as not allowed to put none

Yesterday I visited timpsons shoes next to Brockworth Tesco's, I was served by a young man called Gabriel,, who was constantly on his mobile phone, when I asked if you could just stitch a seam in my black suede boots he said he couldn't as he mucked up the last pair he tried too mend,I was quite confused as why this young man was there,, then I asked him if he could maybe clean the suede up a little, he then replied we have no brushes to clean them!!!!! I will never visit there again after such a bad experience

Very efficient and friendly service! Needed to get photos done for a driving license and they weren't busy when I arrived so was in and out with the photos in about 5 minutes.

Disappointed, being a franchise I guess they can charge what they like for items. I purchased 2 cr1616 batteries from one, asked the price from two others and was given three different prices. The most expensive batteries I have ever purchased.

Told me that no photo ID for passports (even though advertised on website site and says so on the outside of his booth) and nearest was miles away. There is one... In the Tesco store.

Had some trousers altered, they did an amazing job ,really happy with the finish, I can't see where and how they have been stitched ,perfect thankyou.

Due to bad design of my Skoda's (VW) remote car key, it fell apart and the immobiliser chip was lost, leaving the car inoperable.The same morning, Mike visited my address in Cheltenham (approx 10 miles away) with a replacement key of a superior design so the chip cannot fall out!Excellent service from Mike at Timpson's Gloucester Retail Park!
