Friday 13th - mobile problems - but thanks to Joe at the Mobile Phone desk, I am a happy lady. Great service and so very kind and thoughtful.This local service, saved me driving for miles. I will definitely return whenever I have a mobile issue when in the UK.

So all my reviews are done from expectation from where I’m visiting and my trip there so I pop in for meal deal and coffee from cafe deal had the sandwich I wanted but I was lucky as not many sandwiches left but got what I wanted not a 5 star as self service assistant didn’t even look say hi or nothing it only a little thing but these do matter. Coffee from cafe was up to expectations and staff member was very nice and helpful

The daytime staff are much more polite and helpful than the evening staff. The evening staff just can't be bothered to serve you. However they are much better than ASDA's staff.

Reasonably large car park but can fill up during peak times.Not the biggest store but stocks pretty much everything you will need even if it doesn't have every variety of the products you may like or find at bigger stores.The one big downside for me is no scan and go facility, feels so last century putting your shopping in a trolley, taking it out for the conveyor belt only to put it back in your trolley. Very time consuming. Took one start off for this, but no real" complaints."

Horribly claustrophobic, narrow ailes with no middle isle, you have to up and down to find what you're looking for and there's not much room to manoeuvre. No scan and go.

Not a bad store, but often items are out of stock and regularly not enough tills open for those of us who DO NOT use self service tills... Seems to run on the goodwill and overtime of the floor staff alone. Strikes me, it's not well managed.

Standard box Tesco and petrol station situated on the eastern approach to St Austell. Fair size car park accessed from the main road ( next to Lidl ) Pod Point have provided four bays of 7 kw electric car chargers which are clearly marked. There is a Timpson Hut in the car park to the left as you enter.The store is of standard Tesco layout with Kiosk, Deli counter and fresh Bakery.There are customer toilets which were clean and tidy, the small cafe was busy but the food was not good at all, we had the mozzarella ciabatta which was tasteless and the onion and cheese toastie which had far too much uncooked spring onion on it, the coffee was ok but I found a hair in my ciabatta.I would not use the cafe again but the car charging is convenient when eating or shopping.
