Haven’t had a problem with getting appointments as long as your on the phone by 8.30am. Problem is actually getting a doctor to take your concerns seriously. Constantly fobbed off with stress causing my issues to then end up in AnE for the problem I’ve been complaining of and finally get some answers after an X-RAY. Now finally been referred to neurologist. My point being if the doctors would of listened in the first place I wouldn’t of taken up valuable AnE resources.

Can't fault the clinicians; I've received good care consistently at this surgery, however, dealing with staff is like a visit to Kafka's Castle.I needed to check that a letter to the surgery had been received and processed. I asked via the NHS app, and received a phone call within the day. Great!I was given an email address which I could send a PDF-format copy of my letter to. The caller was helpful and answered my questions (although the letter has apparently been lost). They appeared to be quite rushed: I had to prompt them to properly spell out the name in the address, and clarify that they had omitted a 'dot'.All sorted, and quickly! What's my problem, right?Wrong! The day after sending a copy of the letter by email, I received an SMS text message (no reply possible) from another person (not the name in the email address) asking me not to contact that email address as it is infrequently checked". It directed me instead to the website... and the same service that I had initially contacted them with on the NHS app. There was no answer to my simple question in the brief email I sent

This place has been my GP for most of my 30 year life and have always been very good and caring, especially Dr Morgan who is a proper old school Dr who checks everything. I've only had him twice as an adult however. The rest of the dr's are great too. Appointments are hard to get, but that's normal these days, they don't have the 48hour target like during when I was a child in the 00s so that will happen. Great staff.

After being told the surgery didn’t open till 08:00 and it was way past this time I got through after 34 phone calls. I moved to this practice due to the appalling practice elsewhere. Told I would see Dr Jackson and didn’t , I got someone who I could not understand. A second doctor came in and was dismissive of my problem and prescribed a cream for something else. I am now left struggling to deal with the issue myself. Out of the frying pan and into the fire perhaps….

AwfulMy daughter has been trying to speak to a doctor since last Thursday, she then ended up receiving a phone call on friday from the doctors pharmacist who knew nothing about her long term illness,he finally agreed to prescribe a medication for 2 weeks then she would have to review with a doctor, which she was trying to do in the first place, he said he had sent to her nominated pharmacy, saturday she went to the pharmacy to collect it, low and behold it was not there, so another weekend of seeing her in agony due to not having strong pain relief, monday she phones surgery got told the perscription had now been sent to pharmacy, so off she went to collect it only to find he'd prescribed something completely different which she actualĺy could not take ! So another phone call to surgery and reception booked a telephone consultation with a doctor for tuesday, guess what no phone call ! its wednesday now shes called and they are trying to say there was no doctor phone call booked, despite the said doctor actually adding a different item on to her repeat prescriptions, so if nothing booked why would he have gone into her records to add it on !. After discussing with receptionist who blatantly has no idea she has got yet another phone consultation for this afternoon. So lets wait and see .Used to be a fab surgery but not anymore, extremely rude receptionists, they do what they want to do, we should not have to explain our reasons for wanting to see or speak to a doctor, they are not medically trained and personally feel its none of the business

My daughter is a student at Worcester Uni and needed an appointment but has been unable to register with a GP.She managed to get in on a temporary registration. The Dr she saw was not at all interested in her symptoms, was unable to accurately use a tympanic thermometer, and took no other Physiological measurements. He sent he sent her away stating she should call back if she developed a headache.... This was one of the symptoms she told him about, along with a sore stiff neck, rigors overnight. She now also has a pinprick rash.Luckily University students are not at risk from Meningitis

reception staff are unhelpful, cant wait to get you of the phone. takes weeks to get an appointment and it took 3 attempts to collect medication that was meant to be prescribed but wasn't.

Worst practice I've ever dealt with. Reciptionists just care about getting you off the phone, doctors don't give you the time of day. Had serious problems with medication that they completly shrugged off. You're better off signing up for another surgery, Multiple times I've been reduced to tears after dealing with them.
