Fantastic product and service from start to finish!Measurement and quote was more of a consultation, with genuine advice imparted by Paul, rather than just hard-sell. Telephone enquiries were also met with a lovely cheery response from the office staff. Communication regarding delivery and installation was always helpful and informative.Competitive quote, matching the big commercial companies and the fitting was clean and mess-free.Now in situ the product has exceeded my expectation and I would highly recommend Love Your Blinds/ Love Your Shutters unreservedly.

My wife and I decided to say a final farewell to our Venetian blinds, we decided (she) to have plantationshutters fitted. I thought I know what To do, measure the windows order them online, and fit them myself.Having a very old grade 2 listed house with misshaped windows, I talked myself out of that pretty rapidly.Living in bridgnorth I contacted a local company called love your blinds.I am so glad I did, first class service all the way, from the measuring to explaining the different shutters. TheFitting was carried out on the 15/9/2020, the fitter named Rich did a first class job, no mess all packagingTaken away, he even made my misshaped windows look happy. Highly recommend , Helpful and knowledgeable staff & good selection of blinds and shutters.We had wooden shutters for our bathroom excellent quality. Fitter was friendly and did a first class job too.Will definitely use again. excellent service.

We've had shutters fitted by Love Your Blinds and they are fantastic. Ordering, measuring and fitting were all great. The only thing I would say is that they could have communicated more between ordering and confirming and installation date. Just an update on progress and an expectation of when they might be ready would have been appreciated.However, I would highly recommend Love Your Blinds.

I have just had two roller blinds and a roman blind installed and I'm really pleased with every aspect of the service provided by Love Your Blinds. I had some helpful advice prior to ordering about which products would be best for my home. The blinds supplied are of a high quality and were installed by a quick, efficient and friendly fitter. We’ve had a zip blind and 6 roller blinds fitted. 5 of them motorised. Very professional service. Both from Paul and his team and Dan who fitted our blinds. One word of advice for buyers - many of the blinds are coming from the manufactures with faults and mistakes, which only become apparent at fitting. All replaced and refitted by LYBs without quibble, but it all takes time, so patience required. I believe this is an industry wide problem. I would certainly use this company again

A wonderful experience from start to finish....Attentive service given from the lovely, knowledgeable girls in the showroom Pene & Lisa with whom I dealt with on several occasions, nothing was too much trouble!Exceptional service given from Richard the fitter, from the first time he visited our home to take measurements, he offered expert advise and recommendations on which shutters we should choose from.Finally on installation the shutters were expertly fitted to a very high standard by Richard.I would thoroughly recommend Love your Blinds, no hesitations!Mr & Mrs Willetts
