I visited Wallace Alan with my good friend Nigel as we were interested in purchasing a smart watch. When we went into the shop we were met by Janice one of the shop staff. We were offered a seat and asked what we were looking for, Nigel explained that he was looking for a smart watch that he had seen advertised.Janice was very helpful and brought Nigel the watch and asked Nigel if he was aware of the watches abilities and uses he said yes and he asked to try it on, he liked it very much and as the service was so good I decided that I would like to look at a new watch also, Janice was so helpful that she brought us a selection of six watches to the table, I chose one of these watches, tried it on and asked if they could adjust it for me this took a couple of times but we eventually managed to get a good fit. Both me and Nigel were very happy with our watches and were really pleased with the service both of us getting a cuddle and a thank you for our custom, we have both agreed that we will visit the shop again in the new year. We both feel we got a first class service and would recommend this shop to anyone well done see you again.

My husband and I got each other Omega watches for our wedding in August last year. We used Wallace Allan and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Super accommodating, informative and professional. We will definitely be using Wallace Allan as our preferred jeweller moving forward.

I purchased my Grand Seiko online. The customer service was exceptional with Ian providing me updates through phone calls and messages. He provided images of the watch and the size was adjusted prior to arrival. I even received complimentary pens and a few other things. I would recommend purchasing from them even if you’re not local as I am not based in Scotland.

A beautiful family run jewellers with a vast knowledge, experience with a willingness and understanding to help. The 90min drive was so worth it. What an amazing company! I bought an Omega Constellation from Wallace Allan and have found it to be an amazing experience. The watch is absolutely beautiful and was shipped out the next day. The customer service is super friendly and second to none, and I was kept informed every step of the way. I would not hesitate to shop here again, and would highly recommend to others.

Just picked my watch up from Wallace Allan. I put it in for a service in here for the 1st time as the other jewellers I previously used has closed. I wish I used this place all the time. The staff are all very nice, from the doorman (yes, doorman) to the counter staff and my watch has never looked so good. It was returned in a very nice case too rather than the poly bag from the previous jewellers. I will definitely be returning for maintenance and any further purchases. Was a pleasure, thank you
